一、个人简介
朱良欣,1990年出生,2015年毕业于潍坊学院,获理学学士学位;2019年,毕业于河南大学,获理学硕士学位;2023年,毕业于中国科学技术大学,获工学博士学位。
本人长期从事于半导体薄膜制备,及钙钛矿和硫化锑太阳能电池性能研究。
